Montreal - July 2004

Montreal is a nice mixture of old and new. Best visited in the Summer.

We were there during Jazz Festival where the city is filled with great music, food and lots of people.

This was the 25th Montreal Jazz Festival.

Music was being played everywhere almost all day and night.

Montreal is a nice place to walk around. Plenty to see and do.

Still here is the Olympic Stadium from 1976.

You can see penguins and other wildlife at the Biodome.

This funky Habitat apartment building was constructed for Expo 67.

We also went bicycling with a local friend.

Santropol restaurant has THE BEST sandwiches!

We stopped for lunch in the older section of town.

Old Montreal really takes you back.

Plenty of fresh food at Atwater Market.

A picturesque view from Pont Jacques-Cartier.

Here we are for a rooftop dinner just before the fireworks on 4th of July.
